Known for a clinic where the dog can come along to your eye exam

Our take

Drs. Neil Paterson, Paul Neumann and Kathy Pratt opened the clinic in 1995. It sits next to Oak Bay High, and one of today's optometrists, Dr. Koa Jaques, first came in as a patient at 11 and worked there in high school. She owns more than 25 pairs of glasses. The clinic runs dedicated programs for dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration and children's myopia.

Local tipDr. Jordan Kassouf does eye exams in French. Ask for the accessible exam room when you book if you need it.
