Our take

A pet supply store that's open long hours, every day. Bring a muddy dog for the self-serve wash: tubs, shampoo and towels are all there. There's a raw and gently cooked food section, and the store works with local rescues on adoptions.

Local tipOpen until 8 p.m. on weekdays. Call 778-440-7387 to ask about the dog wash or adoptions.
