Oak Bay Pet Clinic

Veterinary clinic at 1826 Oak Bay Avenue seeing dogs, cats and small exotics for checkups, dentistry, surgery and x-rays.

Known for slow, low-stress visits for pets who hate the vet

Our take

There has been a vet here since 1951. Dr. Eva Dudzic bought the clinic in 2001 and runs it as a small private practice that sees rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and birds as well as cats and dogs. Visits are slow and gentle, with calming medication beforehand if needed, and pets traumatized elsewhere are welcome. The team page lists the owner's cat, Her Majesty Rita, Queen of Mont Duvet, as Royal Patron.

Local tipHours are short and change by day, and it's closed Saturdays. After hours, call Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital at 250-475-2495.
